Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world-class service and educate customers about products in-store. You will support the store team in promotions, events and daily operations to help achieve company goals.

You will be part of a dynamic team, with responsibilities spanning POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, loyalty programs and visual presentation, while maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards during shifts.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• High School Certificate preferred
• 1–2 years retail experience
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
• Able to work nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate retail POS system

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using the Crocs CHARM service model
• Follow asset protection policies and inventory control procedures
• Lead by example and support store management to improve KPIs
• Assist in POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs and store recovery
• Cross-train in other departments such as consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation and stock room management
• Foster a positive team environment and share feedback and ideas

Overview

As a Sales Associate you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional experiences and provide world class service to our valued consumers every day. From educating consumers about our products, in-store promotions, and events to supporting the store team in achieving company goals and initiatives, this role offers growth potential alongside the industry’s finest teammates and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Adhere to Crocs, Inc. Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures
• Leads by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Support team members in the daily execution of retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) system management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, promotion of loyalty programs, and maintaining cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Learn & assist in various departments within the store including consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
• Proactively contribute to creating an enjoyable team environment that fosters the sharing of suggestions, ideas and concerns

What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Must be 18 years or older
• Senior Secondary School year 12 / High School Certificate preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
• Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
• Flexible to work on rotational shift basis, including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email and able to operate retail Point of Sale system
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
• The work environment and physical demands described here are representative of but not limited to those that an employee will encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders carrying merchandise daily
• Ability to lift 15kg or more with assistance daily
