Bare-Co in Ingleburn NSW is seeking a full-time Store Person to support warehouse operations. You will process orders, manage stock, and dispatch customer orders with high accuracy, using forklift to move parts.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing and organizing inventory, conducting regular stock takes, and reporting discrepancies. You will join a small, friendly team and contribute to safety and efficiency in daily warehousing.

We are seeking a full-time Store person to join our team at Bare-Co in Ingleburn NSW.

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of orders, inventory management, and general warehouse operations.

What you'll be doing

Picking, packing light and heavy tractor spare parts and accessories, dispatching customer orders with a high level of accuracy

Receiving, storing, and maintaining inventory in an organized manner

Use of forklift

Conducting regular stock takes and reporting any discrepancies to your supervisor

Ensuring the warehouse is well-maintained and adhering to health and safety standards

This is a Monday to Friday role, with a fortnightly alternate shift. Working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and then 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the alternate fortnight. The schedule includes: 10-minute morning/afternoon tea break, and half hour lunch break

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar component parts warehousing role

Forklift License essential - Bonus points if you have Aisle Master experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good physical fitness

Ability to integrate with our small, friendly warehouse team

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safety
