Job summary

Anaconda is seeking a motivated Business Analyst, Operations to join our Store Operations team at our South Melbourne Support Office in a brand-new role. You will bring store performance data to life, delivering insights to support smarter decisions across the business.

You will review metrics, prepare in-depth reports, identify opportunities and collaborate with Store Operations, Buying, VM and Marketing to maximise sales and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review key operational and commercial metrics across our national store network to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
• Prepare clear, in-depth reports that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.
• Investigate results, highlight areas of opportunity and recommend practical ways to improve store operations.
• Contribute insights to maximise sales growth, improve gross margin, optimise expenses and reduce clearance.
• Help identify smarter ways of working that reduce costs while maintaining a great customer experience.
• Collaborate across Store Operations, Anaconda Stores, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Marketing.
