PVH is seeking a Store Manager for the TOMMY HILFIGER team at DFO Homebush, Sydney. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional store experiences for customers across our iconic brand portfolio.

You’ll coach staff on the floor, manage KPI targets, and ensure exceptional operational standards. A strong, energetic leader with grooming and presentation excellence is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/managerial experience in customer service or retail apparel
• Experience in achieving KPI targets including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation

We’re looking for a Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at DFO Homebush who loves people, fashion and creating an amazing store experience!

As Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your store, bringing the energy, inspiring your team and making sure every customer who walks through the door has a great experience.

You’ll get to know your team, understand their strengths and help them be their best. Whether it’s coaching on the shop floor, celebrating the wins or helping someone take the next step in their career, developing your people will be a big part of what you do.

You’ll also be sales driven and love achieving results! You’ll take ownership of your store’s performance, keep your team focused on the numbers and create the energy and momentum needed to reach and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.

About You
