PVH's TOMMY HILFIGER Parramatta Westfield is seeking a Store Manager on a fixed-term contract until September 2027 who loves people, fashion and delivering an exceptional store experience. You will be the driving force behind the store, energising your team and ensuring every customer who walks through the door has a great experience.

You will know your team, coach on the shop floor, celebrate wins and develop your people, while staying sales driven and focused on targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in retail apparel.
• Experience achieving KPIs including sales, wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, shrinkage.
• Excellent communication and people management skills; ability to recruit and motivate.
• Stock management and visual merchandising experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth opportunities.
• Energetic, authentic with a positive attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.

We're looking for a Store Manager to join our team at TOMMY HILFIGER PARRAMATTA WESTFIELD on a fixed-term contract until September 2027 who loves people, fashion and creating an amazing store experience!

As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your store, bringing the energy, inspiring your team and making sure every customer who walks through the door has a great experience.

You'll get to know your team, understand their strengths and help them be their best. Whether it's coaching on the shop floor, celebrating the wins or helping someone take the next step in their career, developing your people will be a big part of what you do.

You'll also be sales driven and love achieving results! You'll take ownership of your store's performance, keep your team focused on the numbers and create the energy and momentum needed to reach and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.

About You

• Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry
• Experience in achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops
• Excellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Vibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitude
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
