Supercheap Auto North Geelong in Geelong is seeking a Store Manager to lead a 15+ person team and grow sales at a top-performing store. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining store standards, and driving safe, efficient operations on the shop floor.

As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Proven management / leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
