Job summary

Supercheap Auto Nerang is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who leads from the front, inspires a team and drives sales. You will support the Store Manager to achieve store goals while maintaining an engaging, safe and high-performing work environment.

The role suits someone with management experience, who can coach a team, manage stock and merchandising, and uphold WHS standards in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Qualifications

• Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
