Job summary

Oz Hair and Beauty in Robina seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the retail team, drive high service standards and oversee day-to-day store operations.

You will work with Learning & Development on training, coach staff, and implement loss-prevention and merchandising initiatives to maximise store performance and customer satisfaction.

• Experience managing an A/B grade retail store in the hair/beauty industry.
• Managed a retail team of 4+ staff.
• Strong customer service skills with proven sales results.

About the opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Robina

In this role, you will be responsible for the Management of the retail store, while leading the team to deliver a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the Manager to Lead, support and motivate your retail team
• Work with L&D on training and upskilling your team with the latest brand and product knowledge
• Oversee the store operation

About You

To be successful in this role, you have

• Previous experience managing or assisting in an A/B grade retail store in the hair and or beauty industry
• Managed a retail team of 4 or more
• Strong customer service skills with great sales results or examples to share!
• A naturally organised person who believes a clean, well merchandised store is the key to success
• Worked in delivering Loss Prevention KPI's, Visual Merchandising initiatives
