Job summary

Oz Hair & Beauty in Sydney is seeking a casual Retail Sales Associate with a passion for haircare to help customers. You will assist with product purchases, demonstrate styling tools, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Experience in fast-paced retail is preferred; previous hairdressing or beauty therapist experience is not required but welcomed. You will join a supportive team and enjoy staff discounts and training opportunities. On offer are monthly bonuses and up to 30% staff discounts.

About the opportunity

Are you a retailer or current / part time hairdresser who loves to share your knowledge of hair brands and products?

We are looking for CASUAL member who would like to work a range of different shifts across the week, including all day shifts and lunch cover shifts.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their product purchases and providing solutions to customers hair and beauty concerns. Other responsibilities include:

High level of customer service, assisting customers with solutions for their hair type

Visual merchandising across the store

Demonstrating product and styling tools

Achieving retail sales targets

Processingpayments and processing end of day tasks

Previous experience in a fast paced retail environment

Previous experience as a hairdresser or beauty therapist not required, but highly regarded
