Job summary

Adidas is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our brand new Performance Concept Store in Chadstone, VIC. The role requires leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial success and staff development.

You will oversee KPI achievement, store performance, data-driven decision making, and close collaboration with district partners. A strong retail background and leadership presence are essential in a fast-paced, high-exposure concept store.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team to achieve KPI's and sales targets.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the store to customers and stakeholders.
• Experience driving store performance through data and action planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and customer experience.
• Own the store and its commercial success; ensure team awareness of performance results and plans.
• Analyze data to challenge the status quo and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate with District Manager and back-office partners as needed.
• Drive improvements in sales, productivity and profitability; optimize stock-to-floor processes.
• Lead service by example and maximize time spent on selling on the floor.
• Identify and develop strong performers for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder.
• Coach and train staff to improve KPI performance and product knowledge.
• Ensure effective in-store operations and adherence to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with brand partners for department support at store level.
