You will mentor staff, execute visual merchandising standards, and collaborate with brand partners to maximize sales and customer experience in a fast-paced concept store.

Qualifications

• Commercial mindset with retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing KPI targets and budgeted sales.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced, high-exposure concept store.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and lead the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.
• Take ownership of the store and its commercial success, ensuring team understands performance results and action plans.
• Analyze store data to challenge the status quo and identify improvements.
• Drive store productivity and profitability and optimize stock-to-floor processes.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and maximise time spent selling.
• Develop strong performers for future roles with the District Manager.
• Coach staff to improve KPI performance and product knowledge.
• Coordinate Visual Merchandising and in-store communications across the team.
