Job summary

adidas Group in Chadstone, VIC is seeking a Stockroom Specialist to join the brand new Performance Concept Store on a full-time basis. You will support back‑of‑house stock, logistics and floor replenishment for a premium customer experience.

You will work with the Store Manager and team, drive stockroom profitability by aligning with operational directives, and represent the adidas brand with energy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom operations and back-of-house logistics.
• Permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.
• Experience as a Retail Team Leader in apparel or footwear is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics and inventory management.
• Support store management to deliver a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Represent the adidas brand and uphold store standards.
• Ensure compliance with retail directives and optimize back-of-house processes.
• Help drive profitability by meeting sales and profit targets.
• Provide customers with outstanding service while meeting commercial goals.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate STOCKROOM SPECIALIST to join our brand new Chadstone Performance Concept Store on a FULL-TIME basis.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

• Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium Concept Store experience
• Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class concept store experience.
• Drives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
