Job summary

Adidas Chadstone Performance Concept Store in Melbourne is seeking an experienced STOCKROOM SPECIALIST for a FULL-TIME role. You will support stockroom operations, inventory management and stock-to-floor service to deliver a premium in-store experience.

You will work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, align with global retail standards, and contribute to profitability by meeting commercial goals while upholding brand values. Permanent rights to work in Australia required.

Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom operations and inventory management.
• Retail team leadership experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service.
• Assist in delivering a premium Stockroom Model and provide resources feedback to store management.
• Represent adidas brand values and products in a compelling way.
• Ensure compliance with global retail directives, processes and standards in the back of house.
• Help drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Provide customers with outstanding experience while achieving commercial goals.

Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:

• Supporting the day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management and stock to floor service to provide a premium Concept Store experience
• Supports store management team by providing feedback on the required resources within the store to achieve all Stockroom Operational needs and to deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Drives and ensures compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house, proposing ideas and solutions to build a world class concept store experience.
• Drives profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Supports store management team by providing consumers with outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Experience in the following will be highly regarded:

• Retail Team Leader of men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear
• Stockroom Procedures
