Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team across our Brisbane stores, driving exceptional customer experiences and commercial performance. You’ll own daily operations, people leadership, inventory accuracy, and safety while delivering consistently high store standards.

You’ll build a collaborative culture, coach teams, manage costs, and leverage POS/tech to optimise store performance. The role offers a pathway to grow within a nationwide retail network.

Salary range between $67,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
