Job summary

Ampol in Brisbane is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy convenience stores, treating each location as your own and delivering outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for customers. You will guide teams, foster a collaborative culture, and uphold safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, inventory control, visual merchandising, POS usage, and strong financial awareness. Six weeks of on‑site training is provided to ensure success.

Salary range between $67,000 to $82,000(plus allowances) based on experience.
