Job summary

Universal Store Kotara is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations with a strong, visible presence on the shop floor. You will inspire and develop a large team, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee rostering, budgets, visual merchandising, and staff coaching to build a high-performing store culture aligned with our values and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong retail background with hands-on experience across shop floor and stockroom.
• Proven Store Manager experience, leading medium to large teams.
• Warm, energetic communicator who leads with positivity and purpose.
• Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• High attention to detail with understanding of retail profitability.
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Confident in delivering feedback and communicating at all levels.

The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade.
