Universal Store in Australia is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead our youth fashion stores with energy and integrity. You will own day-to-day operations, coach a large team, and drive standout customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role requires a front‑foot leadership style, strong visual merchandising, rostering, budgeting, and sales accountability. You’ll shape store culture, grow future leaders, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver consistent

• Proven experience as a Store Manager leading medium to large teams.

Universal Store seeks a passionate, creative, and driven retail leader to step into the Store Manager role. This opportunity suits someone who thrives on leading from the front, building strong store culture, and creating standout customer experiences. The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade.
