Universal Store is seeking a passionate Store Manager to lead daily store operations with confidence and energy. You will coach a sizable team, drive sales, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager leading medium to large teams.
• Experience delivering standout customer experiences aligned with service standards.
• Ability to manage rostering, budgets and payroll targets within a fast-paced retail setting.

The successful candidate will work a Tuesday–Saturday roster, including late‑night trade.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations with a strong and visible floor presence

• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of retail profitability
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
