People Equity is opening a brand-new large-format store in Grafton and seeks a Store Manager to lead from day one. You'll recruit and build your team, shape culture, and set standards as the doors open.

With opening day 6-8 weeks away, you'll oversee pre-opening preparations, onboarding across stores, and the launch. This role offers a generous package including base salary, super, bonus and a fully maintained vehicle, with every opportunity to build a long-term career.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sizeable retail operation.
• Strong track record of building great teams.
• Understanding of performance drivers and opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and build your team from scratch.
• Lead a brand-new store opening from pre-opening to launch.
• Own onboarding across stores and learning the business before launch.
• Drive stock availability, merchandising, inventory, and customer service.
