Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, retail or customer service; construction/trade exposure is a plus.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a senior or specialist role.
• Genuine interest in tools, power tools and trade products.
• Comfort working with tools and power tools.
• Energetic, motivated and team-first attitude.
• Familiar with basic computer operations.
• Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers over the counter and on the phone, converting inquiries to sales.
• Share in-depth product knowledge to match customers with the right tool.
• Handle high-value and complex sales with confidence.
• Keep customers informed about promotions and deals.
• Address queries and complaints with a solutions-focused approach.
• Maintain a sharp store appearance with effective merchandising and displays.
• Continue building product knowledge through ongoing training.
