Job summary

Lowes in Merrylands is looking for a management superstar to lead and motivate the in-store team, delivering an outstanding customer experience every day. You will mentor staff, model excellent service, and drive a culture of accountability and results.

You’ll manage the day‑to‑day store operations, contribute to achieving sales, wage, and shrinkage budgets, and foster a friendly, family‑values environment with balanced work hours.

Qualifications

• Strong training and coaching abilities/experience.
• Previous experience in leading a team to success.
• Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives.
• Experience managing high volumes of stock.
• Previous retail experience would be advantageous.
