Nuway Landscape Supplies Pavers & Walls in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, drive sales, and ensure safe, efficient, profitable branch performance.

You'll be on the floor serving customers, handling stock, coordinating rostering and reporting to management. A forklift/loader licence is preferred, training is provided, and a 9-day fortnight plus a supportive team are offered.

Competenze

• Proven management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience developing a team.
• Financial management skills, including monitoring sales and costs.
• Stock management and ordering experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic POS and EFTPOS skills, plus good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of landscaping products and installation methods (highly regarded, but training will be provided).
• A Forklift (LF) and Front End Loader (LL) licence, or a willingness to obtain them.
• Moderate level of fitness and comfortable working outdoors in an active environment.
• Salaried leadership role

As Store Manager, you'll report to the General Manager and Operations team. You'll be responsible for the overall performance of your store. You'll lead and develop your team, drive sales and customer service, and make sure the branch runs efficiently, safely and profitably, guided by our operational pillars of people, processes and systems. This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor serving customers, processing sales, and helping load purchased goods into customer vehicles.
