Nuway Landscape Supplies Pavers & Walls in Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, drive sales, and ensure safe, efficient, profitable branch performance.

You'll be on the floor serving customers, handling stock, coordinating rostering and reporting to management. A forklift/loader licence is preferred, training is provided, and a 9-day fortnight plus a supportive team are offered.

Formación

• Proven management experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience developing a team.
• Financial management skills, including monitoring sales and costs.
• Stock management and ordering experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic POS and EFTPOS skills, plus good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of landscaping products and installation methods (highly regarded, but training will be provided).
• A Forklift (LF) and Front End Loader (LL) licence, or a willingness to obtain them.
• Moderate level of fitness and comfortable working outdoors in an active environment.

Responsabilidades

• Leading, supervising, training and rostering branch staff
• Driving sales and delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service
• Stock ordering, inventory control and stock management
• Cash handling, EFTPOS and end-of-day processes
• Implementing local marketing initiatives and maintaining branch presentation
• Monitoring branch performance and financial results
• Reporting to the General Manager and Head Office, and completing administrative tasks
• Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health & Safety procedures
• Maintaining high operational standards across the yard and shopfront
