Subway in Bordertown, SA is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day operations and report to the Store Manager. You’ll lead a team, deliver exceptional guest service, manage rostering, stock, and deliveries, and uphold health and safety standards to ensure a smooth store experience.

This role values leadership potential and strong communication. On-the-job training is provided, with shifts available across multiple stores to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Retail or Hospitality.
• Leadership experience is desirable but not required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day store tasks.
• Lead and train team members during onboarding.
• Monitor stock levels and wastage; manage deliveries.
