Job summary

Yd Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Brisbane retail stores. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining customer standards, and ensuring operational performance across the store network.

You will support the Store Manager, lead and coach the retail team, manage rosters and wages, oversee stock management with minimal shrinkage, and promote exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will uphold the RAG Culture and Values in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Role requires leadership in retail settings.
• Experience in achieving KPI targets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering all retail financial KPI’s.
• Monitor and maximise store performance and profit.
• Assist in managing store expenses with emphasis on wages via roster control.
• Ensure customer service standards and customer satisfaction are maximised.
• Implement company policies and training across the store team.
• Foster positivity, professionalism, and clear communication within the team.
• Support staff training and development during growth.
