Job summary

Nisbets Australia is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Gold Coast retail team, overseeing daily operations, coaching staff, managing inventory and driving sales. You will deliver outstanding customer service, monitor performance, and report results to senior management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience managing stock and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and customer outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing reports to senior management.
• Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
• Drive sales performance and achieving store KPIs.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training activities.
• Managing inventory levels and stock accuracy.
• Maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation.
• Resolving customer concerns and acting as an escalation point when required.
• Managing store administration, reporting and operational processes.
