Ampol is seeking a Store Manager to lead a retail team across our Brisbane stores, driving exceptional customer experiences and commercial performance. You’ll own daily operations, people leadership, inventory accuracy, and safety while delivering consistently high store standards.

You’ll build a collaborative culture, coach teams, manage costs, and leverage POS/tech to optimise store performance. The role offers a pathway to grow within a nationwide retail network.

Formación

• Experience in retail management with a people-focused leadership style.
• Coaching, team development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards.
• Sound judgement with a solutions-focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology.
• Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and customer service excellence.
