Ampol Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Brisbane to lead store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive commercial outcomes with smart cost management. The role includes six weeks of on-site training and a 12-month full-time contract, with the salary range based on experience.

You'll oversee teams, uphold safety and compliance, and leverage your judgement to promote a high-performing store culture while maintaining excellent service standards.

Formación

• Experience in retail management with people-focused leadership.
• Coaching, team development, and building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Proven inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining standards.
• Good judgement with solutions-focused approach; confident with POS and operational tech.
• Strong organisational skills, safety/compliance focus, and financial acumen.
