Ampol Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Brisbane to lead store operations, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive commercial outcomes. Six weeks of on-site training will set you up for success as you treat each location as your own and foster a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include coaching, inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring safety/compliance while delivering excellent customer service and cost-conscious performance.

Formación

• Experience in retail management with a people-focused leadership style.
• Coaching, team development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards.
• Sound judgement with a solutions-focused approach and proficiency with POS/operational tech.
