Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Track record of achieving KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong stock control, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow local trade.
• Willingness to work a 7-day trading week, including one weekend day.

Responsabilités

• Driving Sales Growth – Leading sales activity and identifying new trade and business opportunities in the local market.
