Job summary

Blackwoods in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Trade Store Manager to oversee daily branch operations across Customer Care, Warehouse and Trade Store functions. You’ll lead a high‑performing team, drive sales, manage costs and build strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service.

You will recruit and develop staff, maintain stock integrity, and ensure safety and compliance while leveraging Wesfarmers' learning framework to grow your leadership capabilities.

We’re seeking an experienced and people‑focused Trade Store Manager to lead our branch in Dubbo, NSW.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations across Customer Care, Warehouse, and Trade Store functions—driving performance, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

As a leader in the business, you’ll guide your team to success, build strong customer relationships, and create a safe, high‑performing work environment.
