Job summary

Princess Polly is seeking a Bondi Junction Store Manager to lead from the front, owning the sales floor, driving commercial performance and building a high-performing team that brings the Polly brand to life on the shop floor.

You will manage visual merchandising, stock flow and loss prevention while delivering exceptional customer service and brand storytelling. This role shapes how Princess Polly expands its Australian retail presence and culture across bursts of activity and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a high-volume retail store in fashion or fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with track record of driving sales and KPIs.
• Natural ability to lead, coach and develop teams with accountability and energy.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for brand-led experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales floor and drive conversion, ATV and UPT while delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to embody the Polly vibe and brand culture.
• Oversee visual merchandising, store presentation, and product storytelling to keep the store fresh.
• Manage rostering, wage control, stock flow and compliance to optimize profitability and operations.
• Partner with Head of Retail and HQ to deliver campaigns and initiatives on site.
