Job summary

Bond-Eye Australia is seeking an accomplished retail store manager to lead our Bondi flagship. You’ll build a team, shape a culture and anchor a brand at its home while it grows internationally.

• Minimum 2 years as a retail store manager, proven leadership and results.
• Experience hitting sales targets in premium/fast-paced retail.
• Strong operational skills across opening/closing, stock counts and scheduling.
• People-focused and customer-centric, warm and engaging.
• Passion for swimwear, fashion and the Bondi lifestyle.
• Proactive with problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a 3–4 person team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Drive daily sales performance and own store KPIs with head office alignment.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Oversee stock, inventory counts, and scheduling with precision.
