Hype DC Shellharbour is seeking a premium and experienced Store Manager to lead our store, delivering the brand vision and building a high-performance culture. You will drive memorable customer experiences, coach a large team, and achieve operational excellence in a multimillion-dollar store.

As part of Accent Group, you will collaborate with Area and State Managers to maximise sales and career growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced retail environment, with a proven record in driving sales and KPI targets.
• A leader with a motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude.
• Strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities for future growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a people-first culture and environment by empowering and developing talent within your team.
• Run a multimillion-dollar store and drive financial sales goals and metrics.
• Deliver on the brand vision and strategy; ensure on-floor presence for 80% of the week.
• Provide coaching, support and feedback to drive results; recruit and onboard new team members.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience to customers in-store; maintain best-in-class Visual Merchandising.
