Hype DC is Accent Group's premium sneaker retailer, inviting an experienced Senior Store Manager to lead the Marion flagship in Adelaide. This role requires steering a high-volume operation, driving sales, and shaping a top-tier customer journey in-store.

You will recruit, coach and develop leaders, manage rosters and budgets, and ensure optimal stock, merchandising and omnichannel experiences while upholding an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail leadership at premium/high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales, KPIs and profitability.
• Experience leading large teams and building leaders.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the flagship store's sales, KPI and profitability.
• Build a high-performance, people-first culture.
• Be hands-on on the shop floor delivering premium service.
• Develop and mentor store leaders and team.
• Own recruitment, onboarding and succession planning.
• Bring the brand to life with visual merchandising.
• Manage rosters, labour budgets and stock.
• Deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.
