Job summary

Accent Group Limited is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead our Hype DC flagship store in Marion, Adelaide. You’ll drive sales, develop a high‑performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced premium sneaker environment.

You’ll lead from the front, manage staffing and budgets, and champion brand standards while nurturing talent and ensuring operational excellence across omni‑channel touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading large teams in high‑volume retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead flagship retail operation to drive sales and profitability.
• Build a high‑performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Hands‑on leadership on the shop floor delivering premium service.
• Coach and develop store leadership and team members.
• Own talent strategy including recruitment and onboarding.
• Bring brand to life through visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Oversee rosters, labour budgets, stock, and store operations.
• Deliver an omnichannel customer journey across in‑store and online.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and high‑performing workplace.
