You will mentor staff, drive sales, uphold safety standards, and foster community connections. A valid driver’s license and strong computer skills are required; no late-night trading is a key policy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Experience in multi-network operations, sales or workshop operations is desirable.
• Conscious of workplace safety always.
• Experience building strong relationships with customers; creates moments that matter.
• Solution-oriented problem-solver.
• Sound computer skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
