Job summary

Repco in Australia is seeking a Retail Team Leader to drive showroom and product displays, lead a team, and manage planograms to keep stores presenting at a high standard. You will champion a safe, inclusive environment and coordinate promotions while supporting inter-store merchandising.

Availability Tue–Sat, strong leadership, and passion for the automotive aftermarket are essential. This role offers ongoing training and a pathway for career development within Repco.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in large format retail stores focusing on displays, planograms & promotions.
• Multitasking & prioritisation skills.
• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) & ambition.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with Manager.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays.
• Manage planograms to ensure high standard showroom presentation.
• Demonstrate leadership and share knowledge with the team.
• Support merchandising, store standards, and promotions across the network.
• Foster a safe, inclusive team environment and uphold safety culture.
