Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing store team to reach sales targets.
• Oversee stock management and execute visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Manage store administration including payroll, banking and rosters.
• Recruit, onboard and train team members while maintaining a positive environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, delivering excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
