Sussan Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales performance, lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Victoria store. You will inspire and develop your team, manage stock, visual merchandising and compliance, and foster a positive store culture.

This full-time role offers a rotating roster, penalties for late nights and weekends, staff discounts, wellness leave, and career progression opportunities across The Sussan Group.

Responsibilities

• Manage store administration tasks, including payroll, banking and roster preparation.
• Recruit, onboard and train team members while fostering a positive team culture.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies to support smooth store operations.
