Total Tools Cairns North is seeking a Full Time Store Manager to lead our store serving a diverse mix of trade and DIY customers.

On the shop floor you will drive sales through strong merchandising, local promotions, and community connections while delivering an engaging customer experience. You will lead from the floor, coaching your team and ensuring safety, efficiency and exceptional service across the store.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a retail team.
• Strong visual merchandising skills.
• Hands-on leader on shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing your team to build a positive, customer-focused store culture
• Driving sales by creating reasons for trade and DIY customers to visit and return
• Maintaining strong merchandising standards that create an inviting, engaging and easy-to-shop customer experience
• Developing local promotions, social media activity and community connections to increase store traffic
• Leading from the shop floor, engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities
• Ensuring the store operates safely, efficiently and delivers an exceptional customer experience
