Job summary

Total Tools Marsden Park is seeking a Full-time Store Manager who is passionate about tools and trades. Lead a motivated team, deliver high-quality customer service, and uphold merchandising standards in a busy, growing retail environment.

You will coach staff, ensure health and safety, develop your team's skills, hit sales targets and KPIs, and foster a productive store culture. The role requires excellent communication, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and team development.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and manage performance.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with technology and computer literacy.
• Willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.
