Bailey Nelson in Sydney is seeking a Store Manager in Training for its Flagship Pitt St store. This leadership launchpad offers a clear path to running your own store within 6–12 months, with comprehensive training across clinical dispensing and retail leadership.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive customer experiences from clinic to frame styling, and own day-to-day store operations. This role includes strong career growth as new stores open across AU & NZ in 2026.

Qualifications

• Proven retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead from the front, manage shifts and motivate a team
• Track record of smashing sales budgets and driving KPIs (ATV, conversion)
• Exceptional customer service and ability to own the customer journey

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and help run the store part of the week
• Assist Store Manager and Optometrist to drive performance and outcomes
• Own the customer journey and ensure exceptional interactions with customers
