Job summary

Bailey Nelson in Australia is seeking a Senior Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will partner with optometrists to grow retail and clinical success, coach staff, and maintain a high-energy store culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Store Management experience in optics or retail at a Senior Store Manager level.
• Willingness to be coached and trained; strong leadership and people development skills.
• Ability to drive sales through honest recommendations and strong customer focus.

What we’re looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
