Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a driven Store Manager for the Green Hills store to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, coach staff, and partner with an Optometrist to balance retail and clinical success.

Qualifications

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership to drive sales and customer service standards

What we’re looking for

• ProvenStore Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level(or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
