Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking a proactive Store Manager for our Green Hills store in New South Wales. You’ll lead a passionate team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding our brand values.

As a senior leader, you’ll partner with our optometrist and store teams to grow retail and clinical outcomes, coach staff, and create a high-energy store culture. Experience in optics or retail management is required, with a focus on coaching and results.

What we're looking for

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
• Experience in optics is highly regarded; alternatively, if you have supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality or similar and are keen to learn - we are keen to teach! so we strongly encourage you to apply.
