Roll'd Hospitality Group is seeking a Territory Manager in Victoria to lead 10+ stores (corporate & franchise) and drive sales, KPI attainment and profitability across the state.

You will recruit and develop high-performing teams, create a strong workplace culture, and closely manage expenses to hit profit targets, reporting to the Queensland State Manager. This role offers a weekday roster and the chance to progress within a fast-growing Australian hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in QSR or multi-site/area management.
• Experience opening stores and turning around underperforming ones.
• Strong organizational skills and solid P&L understanding.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

As the Territory Manager you will:

• Lead 10+ store (corporate & franchise) managers to achieve sales & KPI's
• Recruit, train & retain high performing teams
• Cultivate an exceptional workplace culture in the state that breeds success
• Tightly control all operating expenses hitting profit targets for the area
• Reporting to the QLD State Manager

The kind of experience we are looking for:

• MUST have QSR exposure - either as a multi-site/area manager
• Experience opening stores & improving underperforming
• High levels of organisation as well as a solid understanding of p&l
• The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams

The salary package includes:

• A competitive base salary from $100k + super
• Travel Allowance & phone bill provided
• Monday to Friday roster - no late nights!
