Job summary

Accent Group Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Skechers Echuca Outlet. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, coach staff, and grow the Skechers brand across Australia & New Zealand.

You’ll be responsible for coaching, maintaining VM standards, stock control, and ensuring exceptional in-store customer experiences. A growth mindset and autonomous decision-making are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader with a track record of driving sales and team performance.
• Ability to work autonomously with confidence to make in-store decisions that impact results.
• Growth mindset and progression into flagship stores or senior leadership roles.
• A couple of strong coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong operational standards across VM, stock control and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own whole-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT and customer experiences.
• Lead by example on the shop floor to connect with customers and drive sales.
• Educate customers about brand world-famous products.
• Coach and develop a high-performing culture through hands-on mentoring.
• Manage a diverse team and oversee day-to-day store operations.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
• A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
• A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation

• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
