Job summary

City Chic is seeking an energetic Store Manager in Earlville, QLD. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and deliver confident, curve-forward customer experiences across the store. With 2+ years of retail leadership, you will coach staff, manage KPIs, and ensure exceptional visual merchandising and stock control.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail store management experience.
• Excellent leadership and ability to develop people.
• Commercially aware of retail KPIs and how to achieve them.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with customers and team.
• Passion for retail, styling and curve fashion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by delivering inspiring customer experiences.
• Build customer loyalty through authentic connection and styling expertise.
• Lead, motivate and empower the team to exceed KPIs.
• Coach and develop team members to grow capability and confidence.
• Manage store performance including sales, wage budget and margin.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect City Chic look.
• Oversee inventory control and loss prevention.
• Maintain a safe, positive store environment in line with health and safety standards.
