• 2+ years retail store management experience.

• Commercially savvy and understanding of retail KPIs and how to achieve them.
• A genuine passion for retail, styling and curve fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with customers and team.
• A positive, proactive attitude with loads of initiative.
• Brilliant time management and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
• A flair for merchandising and an obsessive eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekend.
